Everything was great, affable staff, ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS views of the ocean. The location was great and brilliant, so close to a gorgeous beach and the interior design was modern. A cool bonus was Cold Rock, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

We liked the rooms. Big and nice with everything you needed. The sunset on the terrace is perfect.

The staff here were super friendly, and the location is simply stunning! It's conveniently close to the West Coast, Westfield Shopping Center, Hillary's Harbor, and there's a bar and restaurant on-site too. 🌊.

This place was fantastic! It was spacious and had a great view. the location couldn't be better—close to shopping centers, restaurants, a cinema, and the beautiful beaches along the west coast. it’s in a really nice area. 🌊.

I really enjoyed the look and feel of the Hotel.

We stayed in Room 5- which was right above the Bar. During the nights it was noisy and if the doors were open the smoke from the bar floated into our unit. However, we really enjoyed our staff. The staff was friendly and facilities were great.

The location was exceptional, with the Entrance Town Centre within a convenient distance from the hotel. the room was tidy and offered a great view, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming.

En suite bathroom tinted glass design is impressive but makes it completely useless. Other shower+wc is dark.

The resturuant was nice overall lighting food quality and atmosphare.Staff were all good and friendly. Having the bar/resturant, and bottle shop in the same building proves practicle and convinient .Views from the balcony were good.

initially on arrival there was no indication that reception was not open for check in after 1800hrs when booking, The Lift was out of service, the restuarant kitchen closed at 2030 on a thursday night which was disapointing and lounge chair was broken,fans in ensuit did not work All on the first night making the initial expectation of the rooms price seem very over priced. Windows in the room would of been nice without having to open the balcony door. There also was a sense of low security and lighting. Secure car park would give peace of mind.

This hotel offers comfortable beds and spacious, clean rooms, along with friendly and polite staff, all in an unbeatable location near shopping malls and beaches.

The location and the set up of the appartment is excellent.

It is generally a quiet location, the street in front does not bother too much. However the bar downstairs was extremely noisy on Friday night with bass sounds so strong it vibrated the floor and bed.
